Terms of service
Version of October 4, 2026
These terms govern the use of Loopback by the organization that creates an account (you) and Omniselect di Nicola Alessi (we).
The service
Loopback receives support requests, diagnoses them in your code and logs, drafts replies and prepares fixes, and releases them after your approval. Where the analysis runs depends on the execution mode you choose.
Accounts
- Each account belongs to one person; you are responsible for what your members do in your organization.
- Keep credentials, tokens and keys confidential, and tell us at security@loopback.dev if you suspect misuse.
- An agency answers for the workspaces of its clients and for the access it gives them.
Plans and billing
- Prices are those on the pricing page when you subscribe, in US dollars, charged at the start of each period.
- Trials require a payment method on file and convert to the paid plan unless you cancel before they end.
- Unlimited tickets on the Growth and Agency plans are subject to fair use: 5,000 tickets a month on Growth, 1,000 tickets a month for each client workspace on Agency. Above these volumes we contact you to agree a price before anything changes.
- Fix credits expire 12 months after they are granted; they have no cash value.
- Fixes beyond the included ones are charged per fix only if you enable overage.
- You can set a monthly spending cap: jobs that cost tokens stop when it is reached.
- Taxes are added where the law requires them.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to connect the repositories, logs and channels you connect, and to let us process their content for you.
- You inform your end users about the widget and the status pages, and you collect the consents your app needs.
- You comply with the terms of the model providers whose keys or subscriptions you use; subscriptions that a provider limits to its own clients are used only in the modes that provider allows.
- You use the service lawfully, and you do not send us data you are not allowed to share.
AI output and your approval
- Diagnoses, replies and fixes are produced by AI models and can be wrong: review them.
- No tag or release happens without the approval of a person in your organization, recorded with the approved commit.
- You are responsible for what you approve and release, and for the replies you or your automation rules send.
Acceptable use
- No use to send spam, attack systems, or process data unlawfully.
- No attempts to bypass limits, security measures or the isolation between organizations.
- We may suspend access that endangers the service or other customers, and we tell you why.
Intellectual property
- Your code, your data and the fixes produced for you remain yours.
- We do not use your code or data to train models.
- The service, the software and the brand remain ours; feedback you give us may be used to improve the service.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only to perform these terms.
Data protection
Personal data is processed as described in the privacy policy; data we process on your behalf is governed by the data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and tell you in advance about planned maintenance. Service levels are part of the Enterprise contract.
Liability
Except for intent and gross negligence and where the law does not allow it, each party’s liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event, and neither party answers for indirect damages.
Term and termination
You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Before the account is closed you can ask us for a copy of your data at privacy@loopback.dev; we then delete it as described in the data processing agreement.
Changes
We tell account owners about material changes by email at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not accept them you can cancel before then.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law; the courts of Milan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights of consumers where they apply.
